Dr Samuels and her Education team developed Cluey's unique CENTRE approach, and have created interactive learning programs that map to the curriculum and allow students to work at their own level and pace.
Based on the state and national curricula for Years 11 and 12, Cluey’s approach to senior English focuses on teaching you to demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of your text with well-written and insightful answers. Our personalised approach focuses on exam prep and gives you the opportunity to develop in areas you find challenging.

Luciana has completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Literature, History and International Relations, and a Bachelor of Journalism. She has a passion for English and Literature and plans on studying to become an English Teacher. Luciana brings enthusiasm and a love for communicating to her students.

Braden is currently studying a Bachelor of Arts/Education at the University of Queensland. He has completed several practical teaching placements working with a wide range of students. Phoebe is currently studying towards a Master of Teaching (Secondary) from LaTrobe University, specialising in English, Literature, Humanities (History Revolutions) and Arts (Studio Arts and Vis. Comm.). She has over five years of experience tutoring English to both Primary and Secondary students. She also has experience preparing students for selective school entry as well as helping prepare students for examinations. Her main aim is to encourage her students to enjoy the learning process and set them up for success.

Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
