Our Year 11 General Mathematics program covers all relevant outcomes as outlined in the QLD Syllabus. Students build on their knowledge of financial mathematics. We introduce the fundamental skills of working with matrices and provide practice to help students build mastery. The study of measurement and similarity are further developed for three-dimensional objects. Our program explores the statistical investigation process, applications of trigonometry as well as linear equations and their graphs.

Year 11 General Mathematics gives students the chance to build on all three strands of the Year 7 – 10 curriculum: numbers and algebra, measurement and geometry, statistics and probability.

Dr Samuels and her Education team developed Cluey's unique CENTRE approach, and have created interactive learning programs that map to the curriculum and allow students to work at their own level and pace.
Based on the state and national curricula for Years 11 and 12, Cluey’s approach to senior Maths focuses on advanced topics, such as calculus and statistical analysis, and is intended to prepare you for Maths at a tertiary level. Our personalised approach focuses on exam prep and gives you the opportunity to develop in areas you find challenging.
Our tutors are all qualified teachers, exceptional ATAR achievers or experts in their respective fields.
NSW University Student (Bachelor of Law and Social Science)

Through tutoring, Jordan hopes to provide individualised attention, confidence and build on a students' learning skills. He is currently at university studying Law and Social Science, and has experience working as a Teaching Assistant and has a passion for many subjects especially Maths and English. Jordan graduated Year 12 in 2019 and finished in the top 10% of the state with a 91.75 ATAR. He has a passion for teaching and has worked with a variety of students including children with special needs, and loves coaching/playing football and cricket in his spare time.
VIC University Student (Bachelor of Commerce)
Mathematics: Secondary & Senior
Yash completed his Victorian Certificate of Education in 2019, achieving an ATAR of 96.25, going on to commence his Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Accounting and Finance at the University of Melbourne. He has tutoring experience with students in Years 9-12 in Mathematics and Accounting. Yash is an encouraging Tutor, who aims to connect with his students which he hopes will make them feel comfortable enough to ask for help.
QLD University Student (Bachelor of Engineering of Honours / Masters of Engineering)
Mathematics: Senior
Advait graduated High School in 2020, achieving an ATAR of 98.60. He is now studying his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Master of Engineering. He has experience teaching Year 11 Specialist Mathematics and Year 12 Chemistry and Methods. Advait is passionate about learning and wants to help others do the best they can in their studies whilst having fun.

Weekly learning through live tutoring sessions, feedback & practice
Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
