VIC University Student (Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts)
English: Secondary & Senior
Brandon has completed his Bachelor of Degree in Commerce (double major of Commercial Law and Human Resource and Manage) and his Bachelor of Arts (major of Philosophy) in 2021, followed by commencing his Bachelor of Arts (major of Philosophy, Honours) in the same year. In his final years of school, he assisted his peers with English studies. Brandon likes to work with his students to build a solid foundation in English and Critical Thinking so they are equipped to handle any assignment.

Carissa completed a Bachelor of Communication, Journalism in 2019 and is currently studying her Masters in Primary and Secondary Teaching. Owning her own private music teaching business has provided her with extensive experience in teaching and tutoring students of all ages. She has been a private music Teacher with students aged 4-60, a French tutor (following the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology curriculum) for first time university students and has two years' experience tutoring family and friends (aged 7 & 10) in Mathematics and English. Callum completed his Victorian Certificate of Education in 2019, achieving an ATAR: 96. He went on to study his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Finance at the University of Melbourne. Callum has worked in Primary schools delivering Physical Education workshops and currently works delivering quality vision impaired sports experiences to schools. He has History tutoring experience with Years 7-12. Callum is a strong communicator who can assist students with preparation to navigate through the complexities of assessments and exams to optimise results. His strengths lie in helping students prioritise important work/content and provides tips from his own experience as a student to ensure they can achieve their goals.

Maths Tutoring Program Based on the National Curriculum
Based on the state and national curricula for Years 11 and 12, Cluey’s approach to senior Maths focuses on advanced topics, such as calculus and statistical analysis, and is intended to prepare you for Maths at a tertiary level. Our personalised approach focuses on exam prep and gives you the opportunity to develop in areas you find challenging.

NSW University Student (Bachelor of Engineering (Software))
Mathematics: Primary, Secondary & Senior
Tien Long completed his Diploma of Engineering in 2019 and following he commenced his Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), majoring in Software Engineering both at the University of Sydney. He has 2 years' experience as a Private Tutor in Computer Science and Mathematics. He has provided 1 on 1 and online tutoring to students from Year 5 to Undergraduate studies. Tien Long's strengths lie in being able to help his students to understand concepts in detail, along with a balanced student-teacher relationship to help students to realise their full potential.

Weekly learning through live tutoring sessions, feedback & practice
Each student’s individual learning journey is supported through a series of live face-to-face sessions with an expert tutor matched to the student's needs. We cover all the theory and examples needed to ensure comprehension, and our sessions are designed to be engaging and encouraging.
Our expert tutors offer guidance through demonstration and worked examples and assign targeted practice questions to help students master the topics and concepts covered.
After each session, personalised feedback is provided to help students and parents track their progress.
Session breakdown
First 5 Minutes
Establishing the session theme, why are we here?
- Discuss student’s areas of focus (if first session)
- Review previous session's assigned practice (if subsequent session)
- Set session learning goals
45 Minutes
During the session
- Work through exercises based on the topics and concepts for each learning goal
- Tutor demonstrates, guides and explains concepts
- Work through any challenges
- Students are encouraged to explain their thinking to clarify their comprehension
Closing 5 Minutes
